A lifetime in agriculture can teach you many things. Learning to work with the earth while negotiating every curve Mother Nature can dish out has been the foundation and path I have followed throughout my career in agriculture and farming.
From the beginnings in our family’s grass seed business to our current vineyard operations, working with the land and all it has to offer has been a love of mine.
The passion for the vineyard and wine business evolved in 2006 when I decided to plant some small blocks of Pinot Noir, Gamay Noir, and Pinot Gris grapevines. These hearty little vines have served as our motivation and drive as we continue to expand our vineyard production.
In 2015 I was blessed with the opportunity of meeting Keely who’s provided expertise in vineyard management, along with winery and tasting room operations. Together we have combined our mutual passions with love and commitment to our vineyards and thus launched Hayworth Estate Wines.
It is with great pride that we can introduce and share our efforts in agriculture and invite you to taste and enjoy our farm to table wines.
