Julie Stone Williams is an Oregon-based singer-songwriter and the voice behind Joy Regime. A longtime Pacific Northwest favorite, she has opened for Jay Leno and the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band, performing at state fairs, music festivals, theaters, wineries, country clubs, and regional television shows throughout the Northwest.
